Who Manages Your IT?

The items included under Managed Services are designed to cover every aspect of managing and successfully supporting any IT infrastructure. All clients are preferred to be on a One Care Plan to enable continuous support, guidance, and guaranteed response times to logged jobs (Service Level Agreements). However, for those clients who wish to keep things informal we also offer PAYG (Pay As You Go) service for both onsite and remote support. The benefits to being a One Care Plan customer include priority responses to jobs, comprehensive reporting, and continuous improvement within your ICT environment. As a set monthly fee, it is in the interests of both parties to have an air-tight environment for uninterrupted productivity, and maximum cost benefit ratios.

All One Care Plan customers benefit from set tasks such as operating system, security, and application updates, advice, guidance and future planning for all aspects of business technology.

All One Care Plan clients must sign up to an approved Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery platform. Security of clients is of paramount importance but regardless of the best preparation and planning, sometimes restoring from backup is the only remaining option and nobody wants to have the conversation that data is lost and unrecoverable. As a testament to our commitment to protecting our clients’ business data, One IT Services has grown to become the second largest reseller of Datto BCDR and SaaS products in the APAC region.
